tie-dyed and warm

I was doing my finnish home assignment as I got bored and decided to pull on some random warm clothing and have a shopping stroll in a nearby mall. Found all that I've been craving for a while, leather pants (!), black coat (as I'm kinda sick and tired with the ones i've got), a basic black thin knitted sweater (which i was thinking of shredding, adding it a slight edgy feeling) and a basic grey tee with a zipper pocket.

That tie-dyed scarf I bought (for a ridicilously cheap price) while I was in Thailand, it's my new favorite piece of accessory at the moment.

Monday: Had a photoshoot with Jolijn Snijders (the photographer), it was such a pleasure working with her! Such a talent.

I'm honored (and suprised!) to be featured on the site, and that she even photographed me!

Well, first of all this is me and my really good friend Ann-Marie backstage at the Make Up Store show in Ahjo which we did some time ago. So here we're just entertaining ourselves (posing for the camera) before the actual show, the waiting can get pretty boring after hours of sitting in make up and hair.

And now, I'll be as boring as the backstage waiting saying I'm tagging no one in particular but all of you. So just imagine it's your blog tagged in here and do this.

Yesterday's party at Loop.

13.30 I went to a shooting, new face + trendi -stailistin valinta (the hair), got home at eight, totally exhausted. Spent an hour lying in my bed and at nine, after many calls from friends asking me to come with, I made the decision to get up from bed, take a cold shower and drag myself to a party. And that indeed was something i needed very badly.

Hey you guys! How was your new years? Mine consisted of drinks with family, watching the ball drop and playing rummikub. It was a very different way of spending new years compared to the past years. I also felt sort of down, not being in Finland and all.. But you know. New year, new tricks!
Next year it will be very different, though. ;D

I hope you all had 2008 as fun, exciting and rewarding as I did.
